The preschool building closed about three years ago. For years, it’s been unused. Now, people want to live there themselves. They seek approval for the change.
The plans will respect the building’s history. The outside layout will stay the same. It’ll become a two-bedroom house, and it will be just one story.
The applicants said the change is the best use. It secures the building’s future. They hope the council favors the change, as it preserves the building for residential use.
