A charity webinar was disrupted when pranksters played explicit content, leaving attendees shocked and organizers scrambling.

The event was called “Meet the Expert.” Get Grants, a fundraising group, hosted it. Over 900 people joined the online meeting Tuesday. They were listening to a speaker from a charity group in Aylesbury, England, near London.
Explicit videos interrupted the presentation. People were shocked and surprised by it. The graphic content played for about ten minutes as organizers worked hard to stop the porn.
One woman said she was leaving the webinar. Another person loudly gasped in surprise. At least four different porn videos were shown, according to an attendee who spoke to a newspaper.
The attendee said it was a normal charity webinar when suddenly hardcore pornography started playing. It was both shocking and very funny, they stated. The organizers seemed to fix it at one moment, but more porn then began playing again.
Ian McLintock founded Charity Excellence Framework. He said pranksters took control of his screen and streamed the inappropriate content to attendees. He thinks this type of prank is called Zoom-bombing.
McLintock expressed deep sorrow for the issue and his actions which caused distress to the 900 viewers. John Ellery, head of Get Grants, plans a full investigation. Organizers apologized and will not share a recording.
