Posy, run by Lienne Birch, relocates to a bigger location on Lavenham High Street, offering six times more space.

Her shop is now at 22 High Street, where Little White Box used to be. The move felt overdue to Lienne, who had considered it for years. The old shop was very small, but cute.
Lienne shared the front door with a café, feeling part of a community. She built a loyal customer base over time, but couldn’t expand any further due to the limited space, which hurt paintings sales.
Lienne sells paintings, jewelry, and home furniture. Gift cards are also available. The new site sits at 22 High Street.
Lienne got an art degree in the 2000s and has worked creatively since then. She ran a wedding stationery business and managed a Lavenham art gallery.
She also cooked and waitressed at The Angel Hotel, where she began making fudge. Her award-winning fudge is sold at Posy. She opened Posy when her children went to high school.
Creative work helped her start Posy. She’s now planning another big step: Lienne will offer art classes at the shop, with a goal to launch them next month.
The new site has much more space available, specifically six times larger now. Her business will use the extra floor to sell larger paintings and to hold art classes.
Lienne wants to teach color theory and hopes to go back to basics. Many people have already asked about classes, and she feels excited about new opportunities.
