Five more members of a Preston cocaine gang received sentences totaling over 25 years. The drug network supplied cocaine.

Police seized lots of cocaine that was very pure. A second hearing happened last week at Preston Crown Court, on February 6 and 7.
Five men pleaded guilty to conspiring to supply class A drugs and received prison time totaling over 25 years. John Bench, 37, got almost four years, while Wayne Welburn, 39, got over three years.
Liam Davies, 36, received seven years and two months. James Miller, 27, got four years and one month, and Samuel Higgins, 39, got almost seven years.
Police officer Stuart Dean expressed satisfaction with the sentences. He said they targeted key people in the drug ring who dealt either directly or indirectly with Roccia, moving cash or drugs.
Five more people received suspended sentences during the same hearing last week. Mark Skehan, 45, got two years, suspended, and Cameron Parker, 23, got 20 months, suspended.
Jamie Matthews, 37, received 19 months, suspended. Hayley Green, 41, got 33 weeks, suspended, and Anne O’Rourke, 41, got 22 months, suspended.
During an earlier hearing on January 23 and 24, Daniel Roccia, 36, and six others were sentenced to a total of almost 50 years. Roccia received the longest sentence, at 12 years and four months.
