A kitchen fire in a London pub led to the evacuation of around 100 people, with no reported injuries.

Firefighters arrived quickly. Four fire engines came to Bennet Street, Soho. Twenty-five firefighters worked on the fire, which was in a pub with offices upstairs.
The basement kitchen faced damage. The fire wrecked half of it, and ducting in the building got destroyed too.
Everyone got out safely and no one reported any injuries. People left before the fire crews showed up.
The fire seems like an accident, reportedly started by unattended cooking. Leaving food cooking caused the fire.
The Fire Brigade wants folks to remember a crucial tip. They urge restaurant owners to clean ducting often, as dirty ducting increases fire risk.
They also want people to keep cooking areas clean. Clean your hob, hood, and fan because grease buildup can cause fires.
Don’t try to fight the fire yourself. Get out, shut the door, and warn others. Then, call 999 immediately for help.
The fire brigade answered the call around 12:45 pm. Crews from Lambeth, Soho, and Chelsea arrived, and by 2:45 pm, they controlled the fire.
