Two Bridlington RAF Air Cadet leaders were honored for their service. King’s Coronation Medals presented.

Two people from Bridlington just got a cool honor. King Charles recognized them for their work. They run the RAF Air Cadet group in town.

Squadron Leader Steve Rudd gave them medals. Rudd leads the RAFAC wing, which covers Central and East Yorkshire. The ceremony happened at the cadet HQ, located on Swindon Street.

Rob Hill got a King’s Coronation Medal. He is Warrant Officer and leads the squadron. Flight Sergeant Chris Johnson received one too. Rudd spoke to the cadets there, telling them to keep up the good work.

The cadet group wants new members now. Young people aged 12 to 16 can join. They can learn to fly planes and gliders, study aviation, and do other fun stuff.
