The house’s basic structure is up, so you can see the home’s layout and get a real feel for the space. Appointments are from 11 AM to 4 PM.
They have three and four-bedroom houses designed to save energy. Skylights and French doors bring in light, and the living spaces are open.
Each home has a nice kitchen area joined to a big family room. This area leads to a private garden.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size, and there’s a family bathroom too. Buyers can customize the bathroom style.
The team will show you around and tell you about the homes. They will explain how to buy one and advise on buying schemes.
Three-bedroom houses start at £390,000, but the homes save you money long term. They use less water and lighting, and energy bills could be 50% less.
They will supply safety gear, but you need to book a tour beforehand.
