One neighbor wants to stay anonymous because she is afraid. She says things have gotten worse there recently. The place should have a reception, but residents pretty much do what they like though.
She mentioned drunk people shouting and swearing in the courtyard, even at midday. Someone hit cars with a golf club too. She is now scared to go outside.
She walks past with her kids and sees drunk people early in the morning. You never see any staff there, she said, and she feels it’s really bad.
Newtide Homes runs Robson House, housing vulnerable people. Suffolk County Council arranges support, while Homegroup Ltd provides it. They are dealing with the bad behavior and treat it seriously.
