An election is happening right now in Reading. People are voting for a trust governor. Voting will end pretty soon, though, and two governors will actually get elected.
Tony Page is a candidate and used to be a Labour councillor. James Mugo is also running, having run as a Conservative council candidate. Joycee Rebelo is a dental professional.
Other candidates include Sam D’Arcy-Darling, who is currently a school governor. Joseph Edwards was a director, whose business focused on anaesthetics. Zunnoon Pasha is also a candidate.
Trust members can vote in this election. You can vote online at www.cesvotes.com/royalberkshire2025, or by mailing in a ballot.
Ballots must be sent to Civica Election Services at 33 Clarendon Road, LONDON N8 0NW. Votes must arrive by 5pm on November 27th, which is a Thursday.
