A reporter is running a half-marathon to honor his father-in-law and support the Rosemary Foundation.

Paul Ferguson will run for the Rosemary Foundation on Sunday, April 6, in the Southampton ABP Half-Marathon. He hopes readers will support him.
Colin Anderson, Paul’s father-in-law, passed away last December. He lived in Liss Forest, and Paul wants to honor his memory.
The Rosemary Foundation, a hospice-at-home charity in East Hampshire, helped Colin’s family. Paul wants to give back to them because Colin installed defibrillators around the village of Liss.
Paul knew about the Rosemary Foundation from writing stories about them before. Their nurses cared for Colin, so he wanted to do something to help.
Everyone Active supports Paul’s training as he tries run twice as far as before. His previous longest run was six miles, and he trains in East Hampshire.
He uses Taro Centre treadmills and runs the lanes around East Hampshire. He ran 11.2 miles from Liss to Haslemere. He wants to thank Everyone Active for helping him.
