The Royal Northern Agricultural Society’s Spring Show announces judges, new sponsors, and online booking for the upcoming event.

Trade stand space is all sold out. The event should be great and start the show season. Quality cattle, sheep, horses, and ponies will be there. Pedigree bulls show and sale are also included.
You can now book stands and tickets online, making things easier. An early bird ticket discount applies until February 25.
Cameron MacIver is the RNAS president. He said feedback is positive about the new system and more people entered, especially horse classes. He also thanks sponsors for their support.
Grant Rogerson leads the ANM Group. He says the show is vital for the sector, and their staff are happy to be involved.
Freda Newton will judge horse and pony sections, picking the overall champion and the best bred by exhibitor. She knows how much work showing takes.
Mark Noble will judge Clydesdales, having liked them since he was young. He wants young people to get involved. Dermot Small will judge exhibition cattle, and he is from Northern Ireland.
Small has won many championships. He looks for width, good legs, and “wow.” Gray Gall will judge carcase cattle, and Simon Gilmour will judge them later.
William Cameron will judge carcass hoggs. Allan Ross will judge breeding sheep. Increased prize money is available for sheep. Caledonia Farm Vets are the new sponsors.
Seb Batchelor is with Caledonia Farm Vets. He said his team cares about Scottish farming and supports the industry in their region. They have a growing sheep breeding division.
Nethermill Seed sponsors the cereals section. Harry Smith is happy to support the show. The show helps showcase spring barley varieties, and they hope to build relationships with others.
