Sally Bellamy is sadly closing Room 298 in Highcliffe after twelve successful years of serving the community.

Sally’s shop is more than just a store. People pop in to chat with her and find her support helpful, especially when things get hard. She’s known for being a positive person.
Two years ago, Sally got bone cancer. Her positive attitude inspires everyone around her as she listens to others facing similar struggles. She shows them they’re not alone and proves life can still be full, despite difficulties. Her shop became her social circle, and she made many wonderful friends.
Opening Room 298 was always Sally’s dream. She sells pre-loved clothes for men and women and used to work for Help the Aged, now known as Age UK. She really liked running their charity shops.
Sally wanted her own business. She heard an antique shop was closing and talked to the landlady about her dream store. The landlady gave her the space, and Sally said she loved every minute of it.
The shop is closing on February 28th, and Sally is having a big sale. Clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories are half price, and everything has to go! Sally will miss the store after it shuts, but at least she followed her dream and loved it.
Sally plans to relax for a bit and then might sell clothes from her house. She isn’t sure what’s next but will miss the shop and her customers. She hopes to stay involved in some way.
