Middlesbrough’s Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice held royal fun. Kids celebrated with special activities and a King Bear mascot.

The King and Queen did not actually go to Zoe’s Place. Still, the hospice wanted kids to enjoy the celebrations. They made it memorable for everyone involved.
Zoe’s Place introduced a “King Bear.” This royal mascot greeted all the children, offering waves, bows, and cuddles galore.
Kids joined the fun by making crowns. They wore them as they welcomed special visitors. The hospice became a place of fun and merriment.
Zoe’s Place had visits from local MPs before this. They do important work. They give care for infants and kids needing support.
Ashleigh Rickards spoke about the day, saying they first considered visiting Centre Square. They brought the magic to the hospice instead.
Zoe’s Place felt happy to be part of the day, even though King and Queen did not wave to them in person. They still felt much joy inside their own walls.
Zoe’s Place needs help from the public to operate. They use any donations they can get to keep going.
