The safari truck will offer a lounge area. Guests booking the “Explorer” get a private tour. A driver then connects the truck to a trailer. This trailer stays put for the night. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom inside. The truck will sit near Leopard Creek.

There are already cabins and wigwams there. The park’s owner wants to expand lodging. They welcomed 82,000 overnight guests last year. Port Lympne helps the local economy a lot. The “Explorer” is a unique addition.

It will be the first safari truck stay in the UK. This draws more tourists to the reserve and area. The plan respects the countryside. It also improves the existing business. The site will be private. Lots of plants surround it.
