Teenager from Salford exploited a vulnerable woman’s home in Warrington to deal Class A drugs.

Police went to a Troutbeck Avenue place in February as part of Operation Excel. This operation targets drug dealing and “cuckooing,” which means taking over someone’s home.
Police arrested Isaac, who was 18 then, during the property search. They found cannabis, cash, and two phones. The phone texts showed drug dealing activity, mentioning Class A drugs.
Isaac admitted his involvement in supplying crack cocaine and heroin. He also admitted to having cannabis, and his address is Croft Street now. The court sentenced him on Friday at Chester Crown Court.
He got two years and nine months, and he will likely spend half in a young offender institution. The other half will likely be on license.
Peter Hussey mentioned Isaac had prior robbery convictions. Tara Riley mentioned Isaac’s ADHD and autism. Patrick Thompson said Isaac played a “significant role.” Thompson considered Isaac’s age at the time, and he noted the prior convictions but not drug related.
