The King’s Head Inn will host a beer festival. It takes place from March 5th to March 16th. The inn is located on Bridge Street.

Female brewers from overseas are participating. They come from Italy, Canada, and New Zealand. Brewers are also coming from Australia and the United States.

The King’s Head has never sold these festival beers before. Some beers were specially brewed for the event. You can even find some vegan beers here. Other beers include cherries or cocoa beans.

Pints will cost £2.15 each. You can get three small tasters for one pint’s price. The festival includes beers from several breweries.

Hey Pal comes from Terrapin Brewery in the USA. Land & Sea Brewery in Canada makes Estuary Session Ale. Penny Red Brewery in Australia brews Wallaby. Chocolate Porta is from Italy’s Birra Perugia Brewery. Brew Moon Brewery in New Zealand makes Antiopdean.

Other featured beers include many interesting names. Alpha Female comes from Rooster’s. Batemans makes Loopy Loo. Vale brews Chase the Sun. Greene King offers Cherry Nice. St Austell has Queen of Hearts. Elgood’s offers Mocha Porter. Hook Norton brews Grand Union. Black Sheep makes Blossom.

The pub manager, Robert Stephens, talked about the festival. He said it celebrates real ale, and will showcase some great beers. These include beers from far away. They also have beers from closer to home. It will last twelve days. The beers all have great prices.

You can try tasters if you want. Three small samples cost the same as one pint. The pub has tasting notes for every beer. These notes are in the festival magazine, and can be found online as well. The Wetherspoon app and site have them. Order beers at the bar or within the Wetherspoon app.
