Santoro restaurant just closed. It was on Yarm High Street, and they celebrated 45 years last year. A sign on the door indicates that they’re permanently closing.

The sign expresses gratitude to supporters and asks people to email them regarding voucher refunds. The reason for closing remains unknown.

The team talked to The Northern Echo last year, saying serving diners gave them pleasure after almost half a decade in business. A sign was displayed in Santoro’s window.

Vincenzo Serino founded the business. Sadly, Vincenzo passed away in 2022.

His son, Ricci, and grandsons, Mikey and Joe, wanted to continue the restaurant’s legacy. They affirmed this goal, aiming to uphold the restaurant’s reputable name. Ricci previously spoke about serving customers for 45 years.
