Hey, listen to what’s happening in Scarborough! Many festivals are coming back this summer. Scarborough Streets, Fringe, Art, and Extreme are returning.

Scarborough Extreme did so well last year. Because of that, they made it three days long. North Yorkshire Council presents Scarborough Fair.

Scarborough Streets starts from May 30 to June 1. The Fringe runs from June 13 to 22. Then, Scarborough Art happens from July 5 to August 3. Scarborough Extreme is July 12 to 14. These festivals form the Scarborough Fair Summer Season 2025.

Also, they added the Big Ideas by the Sea Festival. It will be from May 16 to 30. Performers can still join, but slots fill fast.

Scarborough Fringe and Art are open to everyone. Anyone can join or be a venue. It only costs £20 to register. Venues register for free.

Locals in YO11, YO12, YO13, and YO14 get a discount. They receive 50% off the event charge. You must register by March 10.

Bursaries can help pay for Fringe or Art. Groups needing help for Extreme can apply too. Remember, the deadline is February 24.

Scarborough Streets needs proposals by Monday as well. It features street entertainment. Julian Caddy directs The Scarborough Fair.
