ScotRail posted on social media about the incident. They said to use bus routes like number 3 and 66/166, which serve Glasgow, Neilston, Barrhead, and Paisley. Buses are arriving in Kilmarnock around 7:35 and 7:45 AM; a bus arrives at Glasgow Central around 7:45 AM, and a minibus arrives at Neilston around 7:30 AM. They asked the emergency services for more information.
