Daniel Shaw, 43, banned from multiple Burnley shops after a court order due to repeated shoplifting offenses.

The court order came from Blackburn Magistrates Court. It happened on February 12th. It sets rules Shaw must follow now.
Shaw can’t enter some stores, including Farm Foods on Accrington Road and Rossendale Road Service Station. B&M on Active Way is off-limits too. One Beyond on St James Street is also prohibited.
Operation Vulture tackles shoplifting province-wide. Lancashire Constabulary runs it. Clive Grunshaw, the Police and Crime Commissioner, supports it.
The operation uses more patrols in problem areas. Officers work closer with stores and share information better. This helps police understand retail crime and identify more offenders easily.
The Police and Crime Commissioner commented on efforts to improve shoplifting responses. He wants police to visit shops in need and guarantee follow-up.
