Homes still face issues after a Dulwich pipe burst impacted postcodes across South London. Service should be restored.

On February 17th, Thames Water said some might have low pressure or cloudy and bubbly water. They stated this comes from air in the pipes, but said the water remains safe to drink.
Water was out in Crystal Palace for four days due to a burst pipe in Dulwich on February 11th. Thames Water contacted people with special needs to ensure they provided the help needed.
Residents called the lack of water “annoying.” This was at a water station on February 13th in a Sainsbury’s car park in Bell Green.
Candice Brown spoke to LDRS at the car park while getting water for herself and neighbors. The 47-year-old, who lives in Crystal Palace, said it was the first of many trips.
She stated the water goes off and on and added that the area had water problems before. She believes a water pressure problem exists as well.
People still having problems should contact Thames Water.
