Warwickshire farm hosts annual lambing day, attracting 1300 visitors to meet newborn lambs.

The barn had pens of lambs. People could pet the lambs there. Posters explained the barn areas. Suzie Baldwyn’s family owns the farm. They expect 700 lambs this year.
They have 350 ewes currently. The lambing day is one of many events. Other events include an egg hunt and pumpkin picking. Lower Clopton Farm has been open for 21 years. It operates as a family business.
They also run a farm shop. The shop has a butchery, and they bake cakes and pies there too. They make ready meals as well. The family worries about inheritance tax. It could put an extra burden on them.
They think they can handle it. They are young enough to plan well. The Apprentice TV show filmed there. Some candidates picked rhubarb at the shop. The farm shop got a nice boost.
