St Clements Club in South Bank, York raises £498 for St Leonards Hospice via Dry January and a raffle.

Graeme Stones did Dry January, and the club also had a Christmas raffle. The hospice is the club’s charity for 2025. Friends and family supported Graeme’s effort.
Graeme said the fundraising made it worthwhile and that he was proud of their achievement. The Christmas raffle had exciting prizes, and it was a festive event for the community.

St Leonard’s offers palliative care. They help people with illnesses and also support their families. The money helps the hospice’s vital work, giving comfort and care.
The club is thankful for everyone’s support. Contributions will help the hospice. The club has regular events and hosts charity fundraisers all year.
The club has live music weekly and also does karaoke sometimes. They have poker and bingo nights, too. Plus, there are pool and snooker tables, and a darts board is available. Members can even bring kids there.
