Luxury apartments called Station Suites are opening in Middlesbrough’s Crown Building, near the train station.

Ashall Projects developed these apartments, launching the Holiday Inn ten years ago. Station Suites has 42 apartments, featuring new furniture, king beds, and a kitchen area in each. These apartments feel like luxury homes.
The Holiday Inn Express also updated its rooms, spending about £1 million on 159 rooms. The Holiday Inn helps visitors during short trips, while Station Suites offers another option better for longer stays away from home.
The Holiday Inn team manages the suites, and guests receive a welcome pack upon arrival. Many new jobs have come to Teesside recently, highlighting worries about a skills shortage currently.
We also have a local room shortage right now, and training locals takes time. Net Zero Teesside needs trained staff, meaning experts from outside will need somewhere to stay that meets high standards, space, plus comfort. Station Suites aims to exceed expectations.
