Steven Richards, 43, receives CBO after possessing a knife in Worcester. Order restricts behavior until 2028.

Police responded to strange behavior involving Richards. A man was balancing sticks on his head, he walked into the road, and yelled at someone, according to West Mercia Police.
Officers searched Richards after arresting him and found the knife in his jacket pocket.
Richards acted poorly before, yelling and intimidating people in Stourport, his hometown, resulting in a warning. He also behaved badly in Worcester and Hereford. He made pointless calls to the police in February 2024.
A court gave Richards an order on Monday in Kidderminster, on February 17. This new order replaces the old warning, which lasts until February 17, 2028. He must leave places when asked by officials and can only call police for real emergencies. He cannot yell or swear at police call takers; this order is effective across England and Wales.
