The Studio Hair & Beauty in Bishop Auckland is a finalist in The Northern Echo’s Best Hairdresser competition.

They want to know what the nomination means to them and why they want to win. Today, they interviewed The Studio Hair & Beauty, located in Bishop Auckland.
Clare Breckon, age 38, moved premises in winter 2023, and since then, her client base has grown significantly. She says The Studio has a great atmosphere and the team is fantastic and recently expanded.
The Studio has beauticians and stylists offering services like microblading. Everyone helps each other, and clients notice their happiness, she said. They felt so lovely when they learned about the nomination.
Clients tagged them and wrote lovely things about everyone there. They really hope they can win the contest! The Northern Echo editor, Gavin Foster, spoke and said they want to spotlight great businesses across the region with the competition.
He knows Darlington and County Durham have superb salons. The Echo wants to celebrate beauty salons and the people who work there too. These people work hard making others look great.
