The Suffolk Show is coming! It is held at Trinity Park in Ipswich. This year’s show dates are May 28 and 29, during half term week. John Taylor, the show director, is leaving, and this will be his last show. He wants to make it great.

The show is celebrating a milestone, as it is 100 days away from the public. They offered a ticket deal today only: if you bought one, you got another half price. If you buy tickets this week, you could win prizes. These prizes are mystery Suffolk items.

Farming Live will be back, with farmers showing how they grow potatoes through live demonstrations. John says it’s a great family event with many things to see. One day might not be enough time.

The Suffolk Agricultural Association organizes the event; they are a farm charity. The show has themed areas and attractions, with hundreds of trade stands present each year. Families can enjoy free activities.

This year promises new and exciting attractions. Visitors can see rare animals and participate in free sports. Military machinery will be on display, and local food will be available.

The show will mark 80 years since WWII ended, featuring a display of local wartime history. They plan a parade in honor of local servicemen. Mark Donsworth will become the new director in 2025.

Farming is still very important at the event. The Farm4Future and Farm Discovery Zone return, offering opportunities for children to see farm animals. Farmers share skills at Farm4Future and discuss farm careers.

Over 800 trade stands will showcase local businesses. The Adnams Food and Drink Experience will host experts, and Dummett Copp Fifth Avenue offers shopping fun.

The Sports Zone has activities to try, and Ipswich Town players may appear to celebrate their return to the Premier League. There is also a Flower and Garden Show to enjoy.

The show has twelve competition rings. Furthermore, the BMX Show and Mascots Derby will be present. The parachute teams, including the RAF Falcons and Red Devils, will perform.

The SAA promotes food, farming, and wildlife. Discounted tickets cost £36.50; tickets cost £14 for ages 15 to 18. Children under 15 get in for free. Ipswich Buses offers a shuttle to the show, and parking is free.
