Jose Da Rosa, 46, crashed his BMW into a house in Lynn while over twice the legal alcohol limit.

The driver’s name is Jose Da Rosa. He’s 46 years old and lives in Swaffham. He went to court in Lynn and admitted he drove drunk.
The crash woke someone up at 3:30 AM on February 15. The person said it sounded like a bomb. This happened on Austin Street in Lynn. Da Rosa crashed his BMW and hit a wall outside the house.
People called the cops right away. He got out and just kept saying sorry. Police then arrested Da Rosa and took him for tests.
His alcohol level was high, more than twice the limit. The limit is 35mcg; he blew 77mcg. His lawyer said he felt bad and that the roads were icy that night.
He admitted he did wrong. He was drinking with friends in Lynn. He drove to his girlfriend’s house, which was about a mile away. His lawyer mentioned the wall was small, just a brick wall.
The court banned him from driving for 40 months, over three years! He also got a fine of £120, plus other fees. Those fees total about £133.
