Swimathon 2025 will span March 28-30 in Worcestershire, helping raise money for Cancer Research UK and other great causes.

People of all ages can join Swimathon to support important causes. These include Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie, and the Swimathon Foundation. Individuals can choose different challenges ranging from 400 meters to very long swims; a Triple 5k swim is offered too.
Teams can also participate, with relay teams having two to five people. They can swim 1.5 km or 5 km. Special sessions occur at local centers like Worcester, Bromsgrove, Malvern, and Kidderminster.
Can’t make those times? No worries! Sign up for MySwimathon and swim whenever and wherever from March 21st to April 6th. Duncan Goodhew, the Swimathon president and Olympic gold medalist meets amazing people every year.
People swim for many reasons, some for lost loved ones, others facing cancer or illness; everyone has a unique story. You can set your own challenge and just be yourself, he says. Your age and ability do not matter because everyone is a star.
Since 1986, Swimathon has raised loads of money involving over 750,000 swimmers. They have raised over £55 million. Paula Young, who works for Cancer Research UK locally, spoke about Swimathon stating it gets people swimming. It motivates you to support causes that matter to many people; fitness or speed is not important.
