Lewis Morton, 23, appeared in court in Swindon on February 18. He lives in Penhill.

Morton had MDMA, supplied crack cocaine, and possessed cannabis. He also had a push dagger, criminal property, and supplied heroin. He admitted these crimes on January 14 at an earlier court hearing.

He faced more charges, including forced labor and possession of heroin, cocaine, MDMA, and cannabis. He possessed heroin and cocaine. A 50cm long curved blade, an air rifle, and a zombie knife were found.

The zombie knife and air rifle charges will stay on file, as will the forced labor charge. Other charges were dropped because the prosecution offered no proof.

The police arrested Morton on November 5 after an investigation by the Swindon police team. Police found and seized £2,922.50 in cash, an Xbox, two Moncler jackets, a Surron bike, and two electric bikes. The drug crimes took place between September 17 and November 5.

Morton was jailed for three years and ten months for running a drug line in 2022. He admitted to supplying drugs, possessing criminal property, and possessing a class B drug at Swindon Crown Court on April 13, 2022.

The drug line was large, selling crack cocaine and heroin, making about 900 street deals between 2021 and 2022. Morton played a big part. Before this, at 18, he got 27 months in jail when police found drugs in his underwear.

He already was on bail for drug dealing when his phone kept ringing, and he tried to hide it, claiming it was not his. Judge Townsend gave Morton five years and added seven months to his sentence.
