Taco Bell in Reading wants to extend hours until 2 AM Fridays & Saturdays.
They applied for late night hours until 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays only. Currently, they close at 11 PM every night; this will continue Sunday to Thursday if approved.
They need a license from Reading Borough Council to allow the late night sales. The public can share their thoughts about this by emailing licensing@reading.gov.uk with their input. The deadline to respond is March 10.
Taco Bell has been asked for a statement. They currently operate from 10 AM to 11 PM daily, and halal meat is an available option.
The Taco Bell location used to be two stores: Footlocker and Eggla Asian food store were there before. Taco Bell’s marketing lead once discussed the opening, noting that Reading has many people seeking food and fun, making it a great spot for them.
