Hotel Chocolat has chocolate tasting in Taunton. It’s a guided tasting where you learn your “Chocolate Love Match.” The session lasts 30 minutes and experts lead a discussion, sharing their flavor knowledge from 20 years’ experience. A big band plays jazz in Taunton at CICCIC. They play the third Sunday each month, with the next show being February 16. Doors open at 11:45 AM, and music starts at 12:15 PM. A chapel hosts a Nordic choir concert at King’s College, Taunton. The concert is Sunday, February 16, at 4 PM, and features Nordic choral works performed by Somerset Chamber Choir. Hear music from Ola Gjeilo, Jan Sandström, and Anna Thorvaldsdottir. The concert also features folk music from Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Also on February 16, a makeup workshop happens for young teens and tweens. Learn character makeup tips from a makeup artist who will guide you through a fairy makeup look class.
