Team Cycles opens a new site in Kielder Forest, offering retail, repairs, and bike rentals for all cyclists.
The new space offers retail, workshop, plus bike hire areas. The retail zone features bikes made for Kielder trails. They also sell accessories and clothing that suit the local weather.
The workshop can handle any bike repair, servicing, and general maintenance. The hire section has various gravel and mountain bikes perfect for the local trails.
A Team Cycles person posted online that it has been a crazy few months. They feel lucky to reach this opening day and added that key people helped a lot.
The post thanked many companies for their aid, including the Forestry Commission, Abbey Electrical, and Foxton Leak Detection. Other companies like Trek, Brothers Coffee and Clear Sky Lodge Park were also thanked.
The spokesperson thanked their own staff, too. Staff helped with renovations, bike builds, and stocking the new shop location. They appreciated everyone’s help. The store opens daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
