A 19 year old driver was arrested after a crash left an 18 year old passenger with life threatening injuries in Patcham.

The passenger is eighteen years old. He has life-threatening injuries and is at the hospital right now. His condition is critical, they said.
The driver is nineteen. Police arrested him because they think he drove dangerously. That resulted in serious injury, and he also might have been on drugs.
