Hey! Listen to this. Land in Thorpe Leazes is up for auction in March. It’s near Stockton-on-Tees and the A177 road.

The land has old farm buildings and sheds you know. It sits on a corner plot. Most of it is grassy. You can see far over fields.

They say you could use it for many things. Think caravan park or storage. Maybe even a business spot. It could also be for horses. You could build a nice house with land. Or, maybe even more houses!

Just remember, no building permits exist yet. The estate agents give no promises. They cannot guarantee you’ll get planning permission later. Ask the planning people yourself if you have questions.

The auction is on March 11, 2025. It’s for a place called Fir Tree Holding. You can bid online, call, use a proxy, or go in person. London’s Grand Connaught Rooms will host it.

Register with the auctioneers, W H Brown. They’re at the Northern Auction Centre. That is, if you actually want to bid.

To find it, drive from Stockton on the A177. After Thorpe Larches, turn left. Look for signs to Thorpe Leazes, Stillington, and Whitton. The land will be on your left. It faces Durham Road. Use its access road and take the first left.
