A 20-year-old man from London has been jailed for stealing £5,000 worth of chocolate from stores across the UK.

Rova, a 20-year-old from Harrow, London, was sentenced to 10 weeks in jail at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Monday, February 17.
His stealing began on August 20, when he stole about £800 worth of stuff from a Tesco in Daventry, Northamptonshire. In September, he stole again, taking more items worth £800 from a Tesco in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
Three days later, he stole £600 worth of chocolate from a Tesco in Princes Risborough, also in Buckinghamshire. On October 15, Rova stole £500 worth of candy from a Tesco in Faringdon, Oxfordshire.
He stole again on Halloween night, taking £400 worth of chocolate from the Tesco in Warfield, Berkshire. Rova’s sixth theft involved £600 worth of goods, stolen from a Tesco in Swaffham, Norfolk, on Friday, November 13.
Later that day, he stole another £300 worth of stuff from a Tesco in Dereham, also in Norfolk. On November 25, he stole £502.50 worth of chocolate from a Tesco in Leatherhead, Surrey.
On December 2, he stole about £672 in goods from a Tesco in Oakham, Rutland. His last theft was on January 18, when he stole £238.14 worth of products from the Aldi in Wokingham, Berkshire.
