Police seek witnesses after a hit and run in Trowbridge. A 19-year-old was hit, left injured, and the driver fled the scene.
The driver then got out of their car. After exiting, the driver dragged him to a tree. Then, without a word, the driver sped off. The victim’s mother shared the awful incident, noting that her son was lucky to stay conscious.
