TRU7 sponsors “Classic and Sports Cars by the Bridge” at Suffolk Food Hall, Ipswich, August 25th, supporting Cancer Support Suffolk.
This car event launched last summer. People expect thousands of attendees, who will see many cool vehicles on display. Last year’s cars were pretty diverse, apparently.
The first event earned around £21,000. All proceeds went to Cancer Support Suffolk. Mark Murphy said they’re happy to return, as the CEO of the charity.
Murphy said last year was a huge win, and the money helped local cancer patients. He thanked Oliver Paul’s team at Suffolk Food Hall, expressing that he feels very thankful.
TRU7’s sponsorship will boost the event size. Guy Nicholls and his team are helping out. They hope to raise a lot more money, which will help even more families.
The event includes fun activities. You’ll find a kids’ fair and face painting. There will also be live music and food. It’s a full day of family fun.
Guy Nicholls said cancer affects so many. He owns and runs TRU7 building supplies. This partnership strengthens the community and also helps the TRU7 team.
Oliver Paul also commented on the sad subject, stating, “Cancer impacts many families.” He added, “This event lets families enjoy a day together, and it also raises money for a good cause.”
