A woman was fatally shot at a pub near Sevenoaks on Valentine’s Day. Police are treating the case as a murder investigation.

Police went to The Three Horseshoes pub near Sevenoaks after receiving a report of a disturbance just after 7pm Friday. They found a woman with injuries from a gun.
She died at the scene, and her family has been informed. A male suspect, believed to be known to the woman, ran away, and police are still looking for him.
Officers found a vehicle connected to the shooting and a gun at the Dartford Crossing, also in Kent.
The pub’s parking lot became the focus of forensic teams. A blue car also became a focus of the investigation there.
Forensic teams worked Friday night wearing white suits. They examined the car park area and carried evidence bags.
A white screen was placed inside the parking area. A blue tarp covered a blue Seat car, which sat at the car park entrance.
Yellow markers surrounding the blue Seat car indicate evidence locations. The car’s passenger window was broken, and glass littered the area. People reported seeing bullet casings on the ground, marked with numbered yellow markers.
Police cordons surround the pub, which sits in Knockholt village, five miles from Sevenoaks.
The Three Horseshoes pub made a statement, announcing its closure on Saturday following a tragic incident outside. The pub hoped to reopen on Sunday.
