Warrington libraries celebrate World Book Day with stories, crafts, and themed activities. Free books and vouchers are available.

These events include stories and crafts. They also feature fun themed activities. School groups can join library sessions. The LiveWire team will visit the Baby Zone and give out books and vouchers.
Warrington’s mayor helped the event. Cllr Wendy Johnson donated some books and met the library team at the Town Hall. This made the celebrations even better!
Cllr Tony Higgins spoke about reading. He thinks it boosts creativity in children. He likes the activities planned in Warrington and believes kids get a chance to love books.
Here’s what’s happening at each library. Burtonwood Library has a trail at 11 am, while Westbrook Library offers coloring all day and also has a fairy tales trail. Culcheth Library has caterpillar crafts at 3:30 pm.
Lymm Library reads stories on March 7, starting at 2 pm. Orford Library has a story session on March 6, beginning at 11 am. Dress up is allowed; libraries want you to dress up.
Kids can be their favorite characters and listen to stories. Creative activities are also planned events, and free books and vouchers are at the libraries.
