Youth Zone honors young talent and volunteers at its inaugural awards. Celebrates success with music and performances.

Dave McNicholl welcomed everyone to the event. He said the team finds inspiration daily and that young members show talent and passion. The night celebrated these young people’s success.
Guests enjoyed music and a performance. The Youth Zone’s performing arts group also performed. Dave Briggs said over 10,000 young people joined and that their mission is to inspire youth. They help young people feel successful.
Tom Jowett hosted the awards. Sarah Grant won Sports Personality of the Year, and Warrington Wolves supported her award. Gordon Hill won Creative Arts Personality of the Year, with Assura supporting Gordon’s win.
Kerry Mellor won Adult Volunteer of the Year. This award honored Candice Roberts’ memory. Franek Franciszek performed his winning talent act. Bati Lau won Young Volunteer of the Year, supported by EE.
Ashdon Crampton won Young Entrepreneur of the Year, an award that memorialized Nick Hopkinson. Lilly Deakin won Inspirational Young Person of the Year, and the award memorialized Rea Muir. Amy Riley won Homegrown Talent.
Jack Murray won Warringtonian of the Year, supported by PSD Warrington. Limara Rowley spoke about the Youth Zone’s support, which aided her family greatly. She said it is an amazing place.
Steven Broomhead spoke about youth centers. He said they offer support to young people and provide development and opportunities. The awards showed the center’s positive impact.
