Man charged with affray and weapon possession after Waterloo estate disturbance. Police reassure public.

Jesse James Barney, age 25, appeared in Poole Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 19. He lives on Egmont Road, Turlin Moor.
He was charged with affray, weapon possession, and allegedly sending threatening messages. He also allegedly threatened to damage property and kill someone, and drove a car dangerously. It involved a machete, they said.
Barney is in custody until his next court date, which is Thursday, March 20, at Bournemouth Crown Court.
