E-scooters are illegal now in many places and can only be used legally in trial areas. Some London areas, Slough, and Aylesbury have trials, and scooters could cut traffic for short trips.
Someone mentioned commuting from Watford Junction and that E-bikes can be hard with work clothes. E-scooters feel more practical for that, and Watford Metropolitan to Watford Junction is ideal.
