Watford may see some road closures. The council intends to restrict vehicle use, affecting some areas unless you need access. No waiting is allowed during the road work. These restrictions will be on the A41 North Western Avenue, from The Dome roundabout to Hempstead Road roundabout. Closures include parts of A41 Colne Way and A412 St Albans Road.

Derby Road and Grosvenor Road might close. The council plans to keep drivers off these streets, excluding necessary access for residents. Parking is restricted during the works too. Derby Road from A411 Beechen Grove to Grosvenor Road is impacted. Grosvenor Road from Derby Road to A411 Beechen Grove is also affected. The order starts February 17th and lasts 18 months maximum. Restrictions apply when signs indicate.

A Watford pub, O’Neills, wants to add features. They plan to install new fencing and awnings outside. This pub sits on Station Road. They seek permission for a terrace fence and retractable awnings. It is a listed building, so permission is needed.
