Emily Fullarton departs Wellspring after significant growth, expanding services across Yorkshire.

Emily felt lucky to lead the organization. She saw God’s work help many people, and thousands found hope through Wellspring’s counseling. The charity greatly expanded during her time there.
Wellspring moved to a new location, and counseling sessions increased significantly each week. They started new partnerships with schools and organizations. New services and a training program began, too. Their work grew to Bradford and York.
Emily really enjoyed her time at Wellspring. She valued putting people first in decisions and will still support Wellspring’s work. She considers herself part of the Wellspring family.
Emily is leaving to spend more time with her kids. She wants to give Oscar and Poppy a good start, and family is a really important reason for her decision.
Emily thanked her team for their help. Wellspring depends on its many volunteers, and she appreciates their time and talent greatly. She also thanked clients for trusting them, and encourages others to seek help when needed.
John Wood spoke about Emily’s contribution. He said she greatly impacted Wellspring, and her hard work, dedication, and kindness shined through. She achieved many great things for the charity.
Emily expanded Wellspring’s reach into Bradford and York. These counseling centers are now successful. Her work helps people for many years ahead, and she worked with the Cinamon Trust.
Trustees got amazing support from Emily. They had a great partnership built on respect, and they valued her wisdom and faith. They wish Emily and family the best.
Nick Garrett will replace Emily. He has worked as interim CEO for the past twelve months.
