Each week, they share local planning applications. This list came from Leeds City Council’s website. These applications were posted recently.

A new fascia sign is planned for Bramley Shopping Centre. Someone wants to build an extension at 11 Bellmount Gardens. They seek vehicle access at 261 Upper Town Street. There’s a listed building application for 16 Osbourne Court. Tree work is proposed at Hopwood House on Hopwood Road.

More tree work is planned at 14 Newlay Grove. Someone wants approval for a garage conversion at 26 Riverside View. Alterations are planned at 38 Rawdon Road. A rear extension is planned at 162 Broadway. It includes a new, obscure window.

More tree work is planned at Garden House, Summerfield House. Someone wants to convert a garage at 61A Broadgate Lane. It is a proposed lawful development. There’s a condition change request at 21 Far Reef Close. It relates to an earlier application, 23/07295/FU.

Another condition change is sought at 21 Henley Close. This relates to application 24/03896/FU. They want to amend approved drawings. A side/rear extension is planned at 3 Oliver Hill. It also includes a garage conversion.

Someone wants to convert a garage at Oaklands, Woodlands Drive. This will become a living space. Changes are proposed for a building on Evanston Avenue. This relates to application 22/02393/FU. The changes involve alterations to a commercial building.

Someone wants to alter 343-349 Kirkstall Road. They will create a flat roof. A new digital display could replace signage at 59-61 Commercial Road. Leeds City Council decided on some applications this week.

There’s a plan for a sports hub at Woodhall Playing Fields. This is a minor change to application 20/00320/FU. A side extension is proposed for 19 Chatsworth Road. This includes a garage. Rear extensions will be demolished at 36 Parkside Road. A single-story rear extension will be added.

Approval is sought for a condition at Farnley Hall. It relates to application 23/04874/FU. Approvals are needed for conditions at Starr Holme Stables. These relate to application 23/07418/FU. A car showroom may become a grocery shop. The address is 145 Oldfield Lane.

A hair salon may be approved at 9 Addingham Gardens. It’s a retrospective application.
