Every week, they share new local building plans. These plans relate to seven areas in West Leeds. Leeds City Council published these recently.

There were some changes proposed for Bramley & Stanningley. Someone wants to change a building on Stanningley Road. It would turn industry into five homes. They are just tweaking the inside a bit. Other work involves new windows and updating rooflights. Bike stores will get added too. Alterations affect Leeds West Academy on Intake Lane. A house on Westover Road might become shared living.

Over in Calverley & Farsley, tree work is planned on Coal Hill Lane in Rodley. Also, there’s a pole for 5G going up near Peckover Drive. More tree work is set for The Woodlands, while a house on Westdale Road wants an extension. Some trees need attention on Sycamore Walk, and a house on Springbank Road needs remodeling. Clarke Street wants a side extension built. Then, Chatsworth Road is planning a rear extension.

Horsforth has some action too. Tree work is happening on Outwood Lane. A house is getting a new rear extension on St. Margarets Avenue. Another house is getting changes at Rawdon Road, where the windows are changing from timber to aluminium. A shop might become a dentist’s office on Low Lane. West End Rise wants a two-story front extension.

Leeds City Council made decisions this week. In Calverley & Farsley, tree work will happen. This work affects Woodhall Hills and Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley. The Vicarage on St. Johns Avenue also needs tree work. Peckover Drive wants a house extension.

Regarding Farnley & Wortley, chimneys are getting removed on Upper Wortley Road. The homeowner will expand the driveway and convert a loft. A building will go up behind a garage; this affects Maple Croft in Farnley. Gelderd Road might change, as two homes could become shared houses.

Over in Horsforth, tree work got amended. This effects Hopwood Road. Cragg Lodge planned tree work too. Leeds Trinity University is acting on a planning condition. Hall Park Avenue wants a rear extension, also a garage conversion. A garage with a car port is set for Woodlands Drive. Tree work affects Cragg Terrace as well.

Lastly, in Pudsey, Radcliffe Gardens needs tree work. Tyersal Green is getting an extension. Roker Lane will get tree work. Brick Mill Road planned a rear extension.
