A summary of recent planning applications and decisions published on the Leeds City Council website in West Leeds.

Armley ward saw an application for a 5G pole, including antennas and equipment on Hill Top Road. Another application concerns Tower Works on Moorfield Road, needing consent for a condition of a past plan.
Calverley & Farsley ward has some changes planned. A single-story rear extension is proposed on Upper Carr Lane, connecting to an existing outbuilding. Dawson’s Corner needs consent for meeting a planning condition. Someone wants to demolish a garage on Peckover Drive and build a two-story extension.
Horsforth ward includes several tree work requests at Cragg Lodge and Outwood Lane. A detached garage is planned for Town Street Court. Oliver Hill has a retrospective application for extensive changes, while Intwood House seeks to infill a pool and expand parking.

Calverley Old Hall can put up signage boards. Kirklees Drive got approval for a lawful development certificate for a rear dormer and front rooflight.
Horsforth ward had tree work approved on Snaith Wood Drive. The Meadows can build an 8m rear extension, and Hawksworth Road got approval for a side extension and dormer. Woodway Drive can proceed with a loft conversion. King Edward Avenue can add a gable extension and dormer, Breary Avenue can build a side extension, and Calverley Lane can build side and rear extensions. Hopwood Road received consent for many planning conditions. Hall Lane can build a detached garage and carport, Scotland Lane can demolish a building and build a new one, and Cawood got tree work approval.
Kirkstall Ward can create a charging zone at Morrisons. It will include EV chargers and associated works there.
Pudsey ward got approval for a front extension on Valley Mount. Westroyd Gardens can convert a garage to habitable rooms, and Pudsey Community Project can replace windows. Valley Road can convert a garage to a habitable room, and the former Hough Side High School site got consent for planning conditions.
