People worry someone might die at a risky crossroads. This concern arose after recent accidents there. Thirty-nine crashes happened in two years. The crossroads is at Mill Drove North and other roads. It’s near Weston Hills. People want safety improvements soon.

A driver went to the hospital on February 4. Two cars crashed on Clay Lake Bank. Emergency services returned days later. Four vehicles were involved in another crash there. Anthony Casson wants a stop sign at the crossroads.

Sarah Wright thinks a fatal accident is likely. She says drivers speed and the road is sloped. Johanne Seymour suggests adding speed cameras and also wants cameras for phone use. She feels punishments are too light now.

Wayne Smith thinks drivers ignore the give-way sign. He almost had accidents there often. He does not know why the junction is so dangerous. Marie Gambell wants potholes and dips repaired.

She believes drivers should be careful and need to know their car’s width. Jan Horton recalls the road being safer before. She thinks people use it to avoid a roundabout.

Andy Phoenyx wants a staggered road design as this would slow down vehicles. He also suggests better signs and likes the idea of a stop sign too.
