Westside Community Centre Future Unclear Residents Seek Answers

They moved everything out of the place. Activities now happen at other locations. Since the move, nothing else has happened there. Southern News reported on it. Still, the council has not updated us about its future.

The writer spoke with councillors about the situation. They seem unable or unwilling to offer any help. What’s the purpose of having councillors, anyway?

Don’t they have sway over the council’s decisions? Councils often move very, very slowly. It feels like they benefit employees more than residents.
